Terms & Conditions
By using this Site and providing us your information you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Definition
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and those set out in a course enrolment form, are the entire agreement between Onsite CSG GmbH ("Onsite/us") and the client ("Client/you") for goods and services detailed on such course form.Application of Terms
The terms and conditions specified here apply to standard seminars or courses and directly related activities. Terms and Conditions for consulting and other services must be defined and agreed in writing on an individual basis.Enrolment
Enrolment may be done by any suitable means (email, telephone, fax...), or online registration. The enrolment is binding once we send confirmation. We will confirm the enrolment once we have reached the minimum number of participants. If the course, or seminar, is already fully booked, we will try to offer you an alternative. Onsite CSG shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligation where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.Service rendered
The course contents and duration are defined in the individual course descriptions. Minor changes may be made from time to time to keep the course current. There are a minimum and a maximum number of participants for each course, usually defined in our course descriptions, or available from us by telephone.Prerequisites
It is the responsibility of Client to ensure that participants meet the course prerequisites as detailed in the course description. The instructor will conduct the course based on this assumption. No responsibility will be assumed by Onsite CSG should the participant fail to meet the course prerequisites.Course / Seminar times
Normally the first course day starts at 10:00 h and all following days start at 9:00 h. The course finishes at 17:00 h each day, unless otherwise specified. The times may vary for different courses. Exact times, if not defined in the specific course description and/or agenda, can be obtained from Onsite by telephone.Course fees
When you receive confirmation, the invoice will be sent up to 14 calendar days prior to the start of the course. When outstanding payments exist, Onsite CSG has the right to cancel existing course bookings and to refuse further enrolments. Onsite CSG will invoice the client for all fees, charges and expenses plus VAT at the prevailing rate. This must be paid within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, and failure to pay will result in reminders being sent which will include interest on the outstanding amount of 5% above the current base lending rate. After a total of three reminders, legal action will be taken.
The course fees cover the cost of tuition, lunch and refreshments. All other costs including but not limited to travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the client and not included in the course price.
Currency
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for training or any other service will be defined and made only in Euro. If agreement is made in any other currency, to avoid loss due to exchange rate fluctuation, the agreed and documented value of the services will be invoiced in full and in advance.
The opening time of the Onsite CSG facility is from 8:30h to 18:00h.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a course booking must be in writing and is subject to payment of a cancellation fee, which is a percentage of the course fee. The cancellation fee varies with the amount of written notice given to Onsite CSG (date of receipt) as follows:| 30 or more calendar days | 0% |
| 29 to 14 calendar days | 25% |
| 13 to calendar 1 days | 50% |
| No show | 100% |
A replacement participant may be sent instead of making a cancellation, but it is the responsibility of the cancelling participant to find the replacement.
Course change
A participant may change a booking to another course of equal standard and duration, provided the new course commences within 60 calendar days of the original course. Such changes must be made at least 14 or more calendar days prior to the original course. Later changes will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
Course changes must be accompanied by a cancellation of the original course in order to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation of a course that has previously been changed will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Certificate
After the course each participant will receive a certificate to prove attendance. This certificate is not an indication of the participant's skills or knowledge, related to the course contents.Language
The course language is shown on the course schedule. For some courses, the documentation and other material may be in English, even if the course language is different.Copyright
All intellectual property rights ("Rights") in course documents, software, materials and media are vested in Onsite CSG or its licensors, and all such rights are reserved.
All materials provided to course participants are on loan for the exclusive use of the individual course participant and remain the property of Onsite CSG or its licensors.
All electronic data, including but not limited to software products, provided during training by Onsite CSG, is for purpose of exercise only, and may not be copied and/or removed from the training premises in any form or by any means, electronic or otherwise. In case of liability due to negligence on our part, this liability is limited to such damages as are typical and predictable for the given situation.
