Privacy Policy
We will use your data only as directed by you or as otherwise set out in our Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy. By using this Site and providing us your information you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information We Collect
To serve you better and understand your needs and interests, Onsite CSG GmbH (hereafter Onsite) collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, along with required filings with data protection authorities, when applicable. For example, when you request information or register yourself, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address; financial information such as your banking details; and other unique information such as user IDs and passwords. In addition to the information you provide, Onsite may also collect information during your visit to an Onsite website, or a website “powered by” another company on behalf of Onsite, through our Automatic Data Collection Tools, which include Web beacons, cookies, embedded Web links, and other information-gathering tools. These tools collect certain traffic information that your browser sends to a website, such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, click stream behavior (i.e. the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with Onsite websites or “powered by” websites) and product information. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web, allowing Web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers use IP addresses to communicate on the Internet, allowing users to browse and shop.
Use of Personal Information Collected About You
The information Onsite collects to understand your needs and interests helps Onsite deliver a consistent and personalised experience. For example, Onsite may use your information to
- Assist you in completing a transaction or order;
- Prevent and detect security threats, fraud or other malicious activity;
- Communicate with you about products and services;
- Provide service and support;
- Update you on new services and benefits;
- Provide personalised promotional offers;
- Identify content to be communicated to you.
How We Share Personal Information
Onsite will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others except as described in this Statement. Onsite shares personal information in the following ways:
- To contact you (for example, we might call you if we think there is a course you would like to attend)
- To provide you with services (for example to send you confirmation emails, updates and news about upcoming courses and events)
- To third parties who sponsor (i.e. pay for in full or in part) a service or product delivered to you or sponsor your attendance at a course or event. In such cases the sponsorship will be clearly identified and you will have the option to decline.
We will keep your information confidential and generally we will only use your information within Onsite. However, we sometimes use third parties to provide services on our behalf, for example other ATC’S (Accredited Training centers) that do training for us.
We will not use your details for direct marketing without your consent but we may contact you in connection with special offers and promotions (either our own or those of our third party partners) which we think may be of interest to you. If you wish us not to contact you in this regard, you will always be entitled to request us to stop doing so by contacting us as set out below (See how to contact us at the bottom of the page).

Onsite strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to help maintain data accuracy. Onsite provides individuals full access to personal information that they provided to Onsite and the reasonable ability to review and correct it or ask for deletion, as applicable. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data. To view and change the personal information that you directly provided to Onsite you can return to the Web page where you originally submitted your data and follow the instructions on that Web page.

You should be aware that if the Site contains links to other websites then these other sites may have different privacy and security policies. We do not have any control over them even if you access them through our site and we take no responsibility for information given by non-Onsite sites. We recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions. In addition, if you linked to this Site from a third party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners or operators of that third party site and again recommend that you check the policy of that third party site and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.
